Please read and agree to keep platform content, student data, and training materials confidential.

TRAINER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

By checking the box below, you ("Student Trainer") agree that all training materials, curriculum, student information, platform processes, and operational data belonging to American AI Agent are strictly confidential. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use such materials outside of your training role on this platform. You further agree not to solicit students away from the platform or use platform methods in competing services. This agreement is binding and remains in effect for 2 years after your participation ends.
